🥘 Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Beef Stew Noodles

This is a super simple, hearty slow cooker meal—rich, comforting, and minimal prep.


🧾 Ingredients (only 3 main items)

  • 1–1.5 kg beef stew meat (cut into chunks)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 300–400g egg noodles (or any wide noodles)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Add beef + sauce

  • Place beef stew meat in the slow cooker
  • Pour in cream of mushroom soup (no need to dilute)
  • Stir slightly to coat the meat

2. Slow cook

  • Cook on:
    • Low: 7–8 hours or
    • High: 4–5 hours
  • Meat should become soft and tender

3. Add noodles

  • About 20–30 minutes before serving, add egg noodles
  • Stir them into the sauce
  • Cover and cook until noodles are soft and absorbed flavor

🍽️ Serve

  • Stir well before serving
  • Optional: add black pepper or parsley on top

💡 Tips

  • If sauce gets too thick, add a splash of water or broth
  • For richer flavor, brown the beef in a pan before slow cooking (optional but not required)
  • Don’t add noodles too early or they’ll turn mushy
