🥘 Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Beef Stew Noodles
This is a super simple, hearty slow cooker meal—rich, comforting, and minimal prep.
🧾 Ingredients (only 3 main items)
- 1–1.5 kg beef stew meat (cut into chunks)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 300–400g egg noodles (or any wide noodles)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Add beef + sauce
- Place beef stew meat in the slow cooker
- Pour in cream of mushroom soup (no need to dilute)
- Stir slightly to coat the meat
2. Slow cook
- Cook on:
- Low: 7–8 hours or
- High: 4–5 hours
- Meat should become soft and tender
3. Add noodles
- About 20–30 minutes before serving, add egg noodles
- Stir them into the sauce
- Cover and cook until noodles are soft and absorbed flavor
🍽️ Serve
- Stir well before serving
- Optional: add black pepper or parsley on top
💡 Tips
- If sauce gets too thick, add a splash of water or broth
- For richer flavor, brown the beef in a pan before slow cooking (optional but not required)
- Don’t add noodles too early or they’ll turn mushy
If you want, I can also give:
- a 4-ingredient version with vegetables
- a Creamy beef stroganoff slow cooker version
- or a spicy paprika beef noodle variation 🌶️
