🔥 Tips for Authentic Soul Food Flavor

  • Use smoked meat in greens for depth.
  • Don’t rush slow-cooked items—they build flavor over time.
  • A little sweetness + spice balance is key across the whole plate.

If you want, I can also make a “Sunday dinner soul food menu timeline”, a smothered chicken version of this plate, or a restaurant-style plated presentation version.
