🍓🍯 Strawberry Honeybun Cake
A soft, moist cake with cinnamon-sugar “honeybun” swirls and a sweet strawberry glaze. Think coffee cake meets strawberry donut vibes.

5. Bake
- Bake for 35–45 minutes
- Toothpick should come out clean
- Top will be golden and slightly crackled
6. Strawberry glaze
- Mix powdered sugar + strawberry jam + milk + vanilla
- Stir until smooth and slightly thick but pourable
7. Finish
- Let cake cool 10–15 minutes
- Pour strawberry glaze over warm cake so it soaks in slightly
🍽️ Serve
- Warm or room temp
- Best with tea, coffee, or cold milk
🍓🔥 Tips for best result
- Don’t overmix swirl—keep ribbons visible
- Use real strawberry jam for stronger flavor
- Let glaze soak in for extra “gooey cake” texture
If you want, I can also make:
- a fresh strawberry chunks version (more fruity, less glaze)
- a cream cheese strawberry honeybun cake
- or a mini cupcake version for parties
