🦃🍞 Turkey Stuffing Balls
A tasty way to use leftover turkey and stuffing—crispy on the outside, soft and savory inside. Great for snacks, appetizers, or holiday leftovers.
🛒 Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped or shredded
- 3 cups prepared stuffing (leftover or freshly made)
- 1 egg (helps bind)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (if mixture is too dry)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp dried sage or poultry seasoning
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional, for extra richness)
For coating (optional but recommended)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
🍳 Instructions
1. Mix ingredients
In a large bowl, combine:
- turkey
- stuffing
- egg
- seasonings
- optional cheese
Mix until it holds together. Add a little broth if too dry.
2. Shape balls
Roll mixture into golf ball-sized portions and place on a tray.
3. Coat (optional for crispiness)
Roll each ball in flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
4. Cook
