🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 medium chicken breasts (or boneless chicken pieces)
  • 3–4 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)

  • 1 cup milk or cooking cream
  • ½ cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

1. Prepare chicken

3. Layer the dish

In a baking dish:

  • First layer: sliced potatoes
  • Second layer: chicken + onions
  • Pour some cream sauce
  • Repeat layers if needed

4. Add cheese topping

  • Sprinkle cheese evenly on top

5. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Bake for 35–45 minutes until:
    • Potatoes are soft
    • Top is golden and bubbly
