Here’s a comforting, easy Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice Casserole—creamy, filling, and great for a family meal.

🍗🥦 Chicken Broccoli & Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (lightly steamed)
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 can (10–12 oz) cream of chicken soup (or homemade white sauce)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp butter (optional, for richness)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

Set oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.

2. Mix ingredients

In a large bowl, combine:

  • cooked chicken
  • broccoli
  • rice
  • cream of chicken soup
  • milk
  • seasonings
  • half of the cheese

Mix until everything is evenly coated.

3. Assemble

Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.

4. Add topping

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Add a few small butter pieces if you want it richer.

5. Bake

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a golden top.


Tips & Variations

  • Add mushrooms or peas for extra vegetables.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for a faster prep.
  • Swap cheddar for mozzarella or a cheese blend.
  • For crunch, top with breadcrumbs mixed with a little melted butter.
