1. Prepare schnitzel
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Coat in flour β dip in egg β coat in breadcrumbs.
2. Fry
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry chicken 3β4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
3. Make mashed potatoes
- Boil potatoes until soft.
- Mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
4. Make gravy
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Stir in flour and cook 1β2 minutes.
- Slowly add broth, whisking until smooth and thick.
- Season to taste.
