đź’§ Detox Water (Infused Water for Hydration & Refreshment)

“Detox water” is basically plain water infused with fruits, herbs, or spices. It doesn’t “detox” the body in a medical sense—your liver and kidneys already do that—but it can help you drink more water, reduce sugary drinks, and feel refreshed.


🍋 Basic Detox Water Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 liter cold water
  • ½ lemon (sliced)
  • ½ cucumber (sliced)
  • 5–6 mint leaves
  • Optional: a few slices of ginger

🥤 How to Make It

  1. Wash and slice all ingredients.
  2. Add them to a jug or bottle.
  3. Pour in cold water.
  4. Let it sit in the fridge for 1–4 hours (longer = stronger flavor).
  5. Drink chilled throughout the day.
