🧾 Ingredients

  • 1½ cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour (for thickening)

  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: ½ tsp paprika or chili powder
  • Optional: 1 clove garlic (minced)
