Creamy Tuscan Garlic Shrimp is a rich, restaurant-style dish with juicy shrimp in a garlic cream sauce loaded with spinach, tomatoes, and parmesan. It’s fast, fancy, and perfect over pasta, rice, or bread.

🧂 Ingredients

  • 400–500 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 4–5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
  • ½ cup chicken stock or water
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved) or chopped tomatoes

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano + basil)

1. Cook the shrimp

  • Heat butter or oil in a pan
  • Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, paprika
  • Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink
  • Remove and set aside (don’t overcook)

2. Build the sauce

  • In the same pan, add garlic
  • Sauté for 30–60 seconds (don’t burn it)
  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly soft

3. Make it creamy

  • Pour in cream + chicken stock
  • Stir well and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes
  • Add parmesan cheese and mix until smooth

4. Add greens

  • Stir in spinach and let it wilt
  • Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and herbs

5. Combine

  • Add cooked shrimp back into the sauce
  • Simmer 1–2 minutes so flavors blend
