🍗 Chicken

👩‍🍳 Method

1. Coat chicken

  • Mix chicken with egg, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss in cornstarch until well coated.

2. Cook chicken (choose one)

Frying (crispiest):

  • Deep or shallow fry until golden and crispy.

Baking (lighter):

  • Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Air fryer:

  • Cook at 190°C for 12–15 minutes.

3. Make sauce

  • Heat a pan on low.
  • Add garlic and lightly sauté (don’t burn).
  • Add honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and optional ketchup.
  • Simmer until slightly thick and glossy.

4. Combine

  • Toss cooked chicken in sauce until fully coated.
