Ingredients
For the chicken:
- 500g boneless chicken (breast or thighs), cut into small cubes
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the creamy garlic sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 garlic cloves (finely minced)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Marinate
Mix all chicken ingredients together and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer = better flavor).
2. Cook
- Grill or BBQ: 8–10 minutes on medium-high heat
- Pan: 7–9 minutes on medium-high
- Air fryer: 180°C for 10–12 minutes
Cook until lightly charred and fully done.
3. Make the sauce
Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Adjust garlic, salt, or lemon to taste.
4. Serve
Drizzle sauce over the chicken or serve on the side.
Tips
- Chicken thighs = juicier
- Don’t overcrowd while cooking
- Add a pinch of sugar to the sauce if it tastes too tangy
