- 500g Chicken curry cut
- 2 large onions (finely sliced or blended)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped or pureed)
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder

- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder

1. Sautรฉ onions
- Heat oil in a pan.

- Add tomatoes and cook until soft and oil starts separating.
- Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin, and salt.

4. Cook the chicken
- Add chicken pieces and mix well so they are coated in masala.

5. Add water & simmer
- Pour in water depending on how much gravy you want.
- Cover and cook for 20โ25 minutes until chicken is tender.
6. Finish
- Sprinkle garam masala.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
