🧾 Ingredients
- 2 large Chicken breast (flattened into cutlets)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1–1½ cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
